We want you to have a great experience at Live Well Lounge. We can only give you that experience if you show up for your scheduled appointment! You can cancel or reschedule your appointment online at your convenience through following the link in your appointment confirmation email, or please call us.

Please understand that a no call/no show takes an appointment away from someone who really wanted to come in and enjoy the exceptional care that goes into a visit at Live Well Lounge.

Please give a 24-hour notice in order to receive a full refund for any prepayments. Any cancellations less than 24 hours of your appointment is subject to a non-refundable concierge fee that was pre-paid. When you submit an appointment, you also agree to receive communications from Live Well Lounge - we will never spam you or sell your information.
